本文报道用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究盐酸育亨宾的活化能和盐酸育亨宾与其制剂的稳定性差异。实验表明:盐酸育亨宾具有较高的活化能,稳定性较好;其制剂的活化能更高,稳定性优于原料。
In this paper, the difference between the activation energy of yohimbine hydrochloride and the stability of yohimbine hydrochloride and its preparation was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Experiments show that: yohimbe hydrochloride has higher activation energy, good stability; the activation energy of the preparation is higher, the stability is better than the raw material.
