本文通过文献资料法、观察法和在分析中学跳高力量训练理论的基础上,对如何提高中学跳高运动员的力量训练方法进行研究。背越式跳高技术是将速度、力量、技术与个人特点完美结合,创造尽可能大的腾起初速度和合理的腾起角度,使身体各部分发挥出最大的爆发力量,使身体各环节获得更大的垂直加速度,从而创造更好的成绩的合理技术。全面的专项力量素质是运动员取得良好的速度素质的基础,专项力量训练是发展运动员全面专项力量素质的有效方法与手段,合理地进行专项力量训练可以提高速度,达到快速助跑、起跳、过杆的技术要求,从而提高跳高成绩。
