近年来,驻重庆大学和西南政法大学选培办以培养合格军事人才为目标,以《国防生教育管理规定》为依据,按照部队要求加强国防生管理,收到了较好效果。为增强国防生对部队管理的感性认识,他们建立了国防生公寓,实行集中居住,组建国防生中队、区队,编配中队长、区队长、班长、副班长,每学期调整一次,轮流锻炼。健全内务卫生评比、早操、晚点名、军容风纪检查等制度,每周召开一次骨干会和班务会,讲评一次骨干履行职责情况。同时,他们注重加强行为引导,从严格一日生活制度入手,抓好点滴养成,培养国防生令行禁止、雷厉风行的军人作风。不断强化国防生的组织纪律性和服从意识,增强其自我约束和管理的能力。目前,两校国防生担任过国防生中队骨干的占53%,同时,有46人担任校级学生组织负责人,52人担任院系学生干部,93人担任班级学生干部。(汪小勇杜俊容) In recent years, the Chongqing University and the Southwest University of Politics and Law have selected training institutes to train qualified military personnel as the goal. At the same time, they pay attention to strengthening behavioral guidance. Starting from the strict day-to-day living system, they are encouraged to develop their ideas and cultivate a banned and vigorous and resolute military style among national defense orders. Continuously strengthen the national defense students’ discipline and obedience awareness and enhance their self-restraint and management capabilities. At present, 53% are national defense students serving as the backbone of the national defense squadron.
