公务员在整个政府的基层组织中发挥重要的作用,近年来,随着全面深化改革的不断推进,公务员的绩效考核成为国家公职人员改革的重点。本文主要是借鉴美国公务员绩效考核的标准和意见,同时结合我国公务员考核的现状,综合分析之后,提出基于工作分析的公务员绩效考核指标体系,希望能够促进公务员绩效考核指标体系的完善。
Civil servants play an important role in grass-roots organizations throughout the government. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform, the performance appraisal of civil servants has become the focus of the reform of state public servants. This paper mainly draws on the standards and opinions of the performance appraisal of civil servants in the United States. At the same time, combined with the current situation of the civil servant appraisal in our country, after the comprehensive analysis, it puts forward the index system of civil servants ’performance appraisal based on the job analysis, hoping to improve the index system of civil servants’ performance appraisal.
