通过经皮微波热凝固化(PMCT)的实验研究,发现离体猪肝中微波电极外套穿刺针治疗后,固化灶长径缩小,横径无改变;穿刺针杆温下降。活体兔肝实验中病理证实固化灶呈凝固性坏死,平均横径达16mm。除1例肝穿刺处有轻微出血外,8只实验兔均无并发症。术后B超声图像变化与病理学改变基本相对应。提示PMCT是安全、有效的。B超能有效检测PMCT破坏肝组织和肝肿瘤的疗效
Through the experimental study of percutaneous microwave coagulation and solidification (PMCT), we found that the length of curative lessens and the transverse diameter does not change after the treatment of microwave electrode sheath puncture needle in porcine liver. The temperature of the puncture needle decreases. Live rabbit liver pathology confirmed solidification lesions were coagulation necrosis, the average horizontal diameter of 16mm. Except 1 case of liver puncture with slight bleeding, 8 rabbits had no complications. Postoperative B ultrasound image changes and pathological changes corresponding to the basic. Tip PMCT is safe and effective. B-ultrasound can effectively detect PMCT destruction of liver and liver tumors
