目的:探讨骨伤科床头交接班存在的问题,针对问题采取相应解决措施。方法:对2013年1月~2014年1月浙江省杭州市中医院骨伤科的130例初次接受床头交接班的患者进行床头交接班质量、必要性及护理人员态度等调查,针对存在问题提出相应解决措施并实施,改善床头交接班制度。对2014年4月~2015年4月实施改进措施后的130例患者进行相关调查,比较床头交接班制度改善前后患者满意度和投诉率情况。结果:床头交接班制度存在患者缺少尊重和隐私保护、护士交班态度差等问题,患者满意度较低,投诉率较高;针对问题改善床头交接班制度后,患者满意度明显提高,投诉率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:及时发现并改善骨伤科床头交接班存在问题,可提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To discuss the existing problems of bedside hand-over of traumatology and to take corresponding measures to solve the problems. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, a total of 130 bedside hand-over patients in Hangzhou Department of Orthopedics, Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to January 2014 were surveyed on the quality, necessity and nursing attitude of bedside hand-over patients. The issue put forward corresponding solutions and implementation measures to improve bedside delivery system. 130 patients who underwent improvement measures from April 2014 to April 2015 were investigated to compare patient satisfaction and complaint rate before and after improvement of bedside delivery system. Results: There was a lack of respect and privacy protection in patients with bedside delivery system, poor attitude of nurses to shift work, patients with lower satisfaction and higher complaint rate; patient satisfaction improved significantly after the problem of improving bedside delivery system, complaints The rate was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: The timely detection and improvement of orthopedic bedside delivery problems, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
