受交流电气化铁道影响的水泥杆通信线路感应纵电动势允许值的标准问题,是国內外长期讨论的问题。本文论述了感应纵电动势的定义、感应纵电动势与对地电压之间的关系及决定感应纵电动势允许值标准的因素,指出了以通过人体允许电流与从导线经人体、电杆到地的阻抗相乘即为纵电动势允许值这一概念存在的问题,提出了必须考虑感应纵电动势內阻的观点,并对通信线路在正常通话状态和接地故障状态下,感应纵电动势的內阻进行了分析与计算,得出了在接触网正常运行状态取60伏、接触网短路状态取430伏是安全可行的结论。
