随着智能变电站的推广应用,用户对智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)的可靠性要求越来越高,并且对该设备制造厂批量生产的性能一致性提出更高要求。从测试环境、IED器件参数、制造工艺、测试设备、测试方法以及测试结果评判6个方面分析影响测试结果一致性的因素,提出不同电磁兼容(electro magnetic compatibility,EMC)项目测试强度的裕度推荐值。通过外壳端口的辐射发射案例,验证不同实验室的测试结果差异,并采取改进措施,将辐射发射裕度充分提高,确保测试结果具有良好的一致性。
With the popularization and application of smart substations, users have higher and higher requirements on the reliability of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs), and put forward higher requirements on the consistency of performance of batch production of the device manufacturers. Analyze the factors influencing the consistency of the test results from six aspects of the test environment, IED device parameters, manufacturing process, test equipment, test methods and test results, and put forward the recommended margin of testing intensity for different electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) value. Radiation emission through the case port case, to verify the difference between the test results of different laboratories, and to take measures to improve the radiation emission margin fully raised to ensure that the test results are in good agreement.
