本文提出一种用Kramers-Kronig(K-K)转换来检验阻抗数据可靠性的方法。该方法先将实验阻抗谱对具有明确物理意义的阻抗表达或进行曲线拟合,然后将拟台结果外推,从而可在从零到无穷大的整个频率范围内计算K-K积分,避免了积分计算的误差,提高了该方法的准确度。本文还讨论了对具有三个时间常数的阻抗谱的曲线拟合同题。
This paper presents a Kramers-Kronig (K-K) conversion to test the reliability of impedance data. In this method, the impedance spectrum of the experiment is first expressed or curve-fitted to the impedance with definite physical meaning, and then the pseudo-table result is extrapolated so as to calculate the KK integral over the entire frequency range from zero to infinity, avoiding the problem of integral calculation Errors increase the accuracy of the method. This paper also discusses the curve fitting of impedance spectra with three time constants.
