为推进《全民科学素质行动计划纲要(2006-2010-2020)》的实施,结合2015年全国科技周、科普日和世界海洋日暨全国海洋宣传日活动主题,天津市海洋局、天津市科学技术协会联合新蕾出版社、天津海昌极地海洋世界、英孚教育等单位举办“科普心·创津彩”全国青少年科普艺术展演活动,旨在向广大少年儿童普及海洋知识,增强少年儿童亲海、爱海、护海意识和海洋国土意识,为实现“海洋强国”的目标做出贡献。一、活动内容本次活动分为海洋科普剧和科普漫画大赛两个类别。1.海洋科普剧
