目的了解杨浦区淡色库蚊4种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,制定科学的蚊虫控制策略。方法采用WHO推荐使用的生物测试法(浸渍法)测试Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫的半数致死中浓度。结果杨浦区淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷抗性倍数分别为60.14、6.49、5.29和3.59。结论杨浦区淡色库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,其中对氯菊酯产生了高抗性,对其余3种为低抗性。加强抗性监测及治理,停用高抗性杀虫剂以及防止或延缓抗性产生和发展的一切措施均是杨浦区蚊虫防制的必要手段。
Objective To understand the resistance level of four commonly used insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens in Yangpu District and to develop a scientific mosquito control strategy. Methods The half-lethal concentration of larvae at the end of the third instar larvae were tested by bioassay recommended by the WHO (dipping method). Results The resistance to permethrin, beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and diphtheria in Culex pipiens pallens in Yangpu district were 60.14,6.49,5.29 and 3.59, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in Yangpu district had different levels of resistance to four commonly used insecticides. Among them, permethrin had high resistance and low resistance to the other three species. Strengthening measures for monitoring and controlling resistance, disabling highly resistant insecticides and preventing or delaying the emergence and development of resistance are both necessary measures for mosquito control in Yangpu District.
