油茶,不仅大小年产量悬殊,而且含油量、出油率的年际变化也极为显著。目前,油茶的栽培管理较粗放,一些地区推广垦复施肥,也仅仅是一年铲山1—2次。就大面积而言,栽培管理措施对茶籽含油量、出油率的影响不太大,但气候条件在一定程度上左右着含油量、出油率的高低。下面用三江县榨油厂历年出油率资料,结合县的气象记录进行相关分析,探讨油茶出油率与气候条件的关系,为油茶栽培提供依据。
