通过几年来的办学情况，针对孤残儿童的素质教育提出几点看法：①教育学生学会做人是孤残儿童素质教育的首要目的；②构建实施素质教育主渠道的教育教学课程；③建设高素质的教师队伍；④创造实施素质教育的良好教育环境
Through several years of schooling, the quality of education for orphans and disabled children put forward a few observations: ① students learn to be a man is the primary goal of quality education for orphans and disabled children; ② build the main channel of quality education education and teaching courses; ③ building high-quality Teachers team; ④ create a good educational environment for the implementation of quality education
