国家标准和企业标准制定过程中,需要确定标准测量方法的重复性与再现性,该过程涉及大量的实验数据和繁杂的数学计算,耗时耗力。本文依据《测量方法与结果的准确度(正确度与精密度)第二部分:确定标准测量方法重复性与再现性的基本方法》(GB/T6379.2-2004),结合VBA可视化编程系统和Excel的表格、函数功能,研制开发了确定方法重复性与再现性的数据处理系统。该系统借助Excel的表格功能和VBA的程序处理技术,将复杂的操作步骤变成简单的按钮,方便使用者应用。该系统适用于实验室数p≤20、重复测定次数n≤8的单水平精密度试验数据处理,适用于试验中出现数据缺失的情况。此外,当检验中出现异常值时,可以根据实际情况人为判断是否留存数据。本系统操作简单、界面清晰、交互性强。将该系统应用于《工业用二乙苯烃类组成的测定(气相色谱法)》标准制定过程中的精密度试验数据处理,整个数据处理过程非常快速,实现了精密度试验数据的快速分析,减少了精密度试验中繁杂的人工计算,极大地提高了工作效率。
National standards and enterprise standards development process, the need to determine the repeatability and reproducibility of standard measurement methods, the process involves a large number of experimental data and complicated mathematical calculations, time-consuming and labor-consuming. This document is based on “Accuracy (Accuracy and Precision) of Measurement Methods and Results (Part 2: Basic Methods for Determining Repeatability and Reproducibility of Standard Measurement Methods”) (GB / T6379.2-2004), combined with VBA visual programming system and Excel forms, functions, developed a data processing system to determine the repeatability and reproducibility of the method. The system with Excel form functions and VBA program processing technology, the complex steps into a simple button, user-friendly applications. The system is suitable for single horizontal precision test data processing with the number of laboratories p≤20 and the number of repeated measurement n≤8, which is suitable for the case of missing data in the experiment. In addition, when abnormal values appear during the test, the data can be arbitrarily judged according to the actual situation. The system is simple, clear interface, strong interaction. The system was applied to the processing of precision test data in the process of “determination of the composition of diethyl ether for industrial use (gas chromatography)”. The whole data processing process is very fast and the rapid analysis of the precision test data is realized. Reduce the complexity of manual labor precision test, which greatly improved work efficiency.
