对采用电流体动力学法制取的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉进行微区原位电子显微实验和X射线衍射实验,研究其形貌、尺寸分布及组织结构特征.实验结果表明,电流体动力学法制取的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉是尺寸分布均匀且集中的球形小颗粒,其组织结构是成分由原始合金成分和液态金属浓度起伏决定的、具有单晶结构的单相过饱和固溶体(或单相固溶体).
In-situ micro-electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction experiments were performed on the Sn-Bi nanocrystalline powders prepared by the electrohydrodynamic method. The morphology, size distribution and microstructure of the Sn-Bi nanocrystalline powders were investigated. The experimental results show that the Sn-Bi nanocrystalline powder prepared by the electro-hydrodynamic method is a spherical particle with uniform size and concentration. The microstructure of the Sn-Bi nanocrystalline powder is determined by the composition of the original alloy and the fluctuation of the liquid metal concentration. Single-phase supersaturated solid solution (or single-phase solid solution).
