目的评定氢化物-原子荧光光度计测汞检出限测定结果的不确定度。方法依据测量不确定度评定与表示的理论,建立了评定检出限的测量结果不确定度的数学模型,分析各相对标准不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果检出限测量结果不确定度报告为QL=0.002 1 ng,U=0.000 96 ng(k=2)。结论由标准不确定度分量值可以得出,空白测量引入的不确定度较大,灵敏度测量引入的不确定度可忽略不计,这为实验室氢化物-原子荧光光度计的期间核查提供了参考。
Aim To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of mercury detection limits by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence photometer. Methods According to the theory of assessment and representation of measurement uncertainty, a mathematical model of uncertainty of measurement results was established. The relative standard uncertainty components were analyzed and the composite standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. Results Limit of detection The measurement uncertainty was reported as QL = 0.002 1 ng, U = 0.000 96 ng (k = 2). Conclusion From the standard uncertainty components, it can be concluded that the uncertainty introduced by blank measurement is larger and the uncertainty introduced by sensitivity measurement is negligible. This provides a reference for the periodical verification of laboratory hydride-atomic fluorescence photometer .
