科学技术活动包括两个方面,科学是通过对自然的探索,认识其本质及规律.成果是科学知识.有着明确的目的,利用对自然认识知识对自然进行控制则是技术.随着科学与技术发展,两者相互渗透.相互影响的复杂关系,因而出现了许多边缘学科,这正是现代科学的一个重要特点.本研究提出了加强科技交流的8条有效措施;提出论文产出的6条可行措施;加强档案管理4项措施和争取科研经费的5条有效措施.从而在科学技术系列工作中建立了一套有效、实用的方法,开展论文评比建立论文及科研资料分类档案,加强科技经费管理,介绍了医院科研规范管理网络系列,在科技工作发展中起了较大的促进作用.
