为了解凋亡在脉络膜黑色素瘤引起的视网膜变性中所起的作用,8例脉络膜黑色素瘤并发各种视网膜病变的眼球被选作病理组织学和TDTmediatedbiotin-dUTPnick-endlabeling(TUNEL)技术研究。其中4眼观察到凋亡的特征性改变—视网膜神经节细胞和内颗粒层细胞核的DNA片断化。结果表明凋亡是脉络膜黑色素瘤并发视网膜病变中神经节细胞和内颗粒层细胞的死亡方式之一。
To understand the role of apoptosis in retinal degeneration caused by choroidal melanoma, 8 choroidal melanomas with various retinal lesions were selected for histopathology and TDTmediatedotoxin-dUTPnick-end labeling (TUNEL) studies. Of the 4 eyes, characteristic changes of apoptosis were observed - DNA fragmentation of the retinal ganglion cells and the inner granular layer nuclei. The results show that apoptosis is one of the ways of death of ganglion cells and granulosa cells in choroidal melanoma complicated with retinopathy.
