新课改积极倡导以学生发展为本,把课堂主动权交给学生,让学生成为课堂的主人。因此,教师应该树立为学生服务的思想,遵循学生的心理发展与认知水平,充分体现学生的主体地位。从两个大方面论述了怎样让学生在初中数学课堂上“唱主角”:构建民主和谐的师生关系;提高学生课堂参与积极性。只要教师积极退居幕后,学生一定会成为课堂的主人,一定会在课堂上“唱主角”。
The new curriculum reform actively advocating the development of students, give the initiative in the classroom to students, so that students become the masters of the classroom. Therefore, teachers should establish the idea of serving students, follow the students ’psychological development and cognitive level, and fully reflect the students’ dominant position. From two broad aspects, it discusses how to let students play a leading role in junior high school mathematics classroom: to build a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students; and to enhance students’ enthusiasm for classroom participation. As long as the teacher actively leaves behind the scenes, the students will surely become the masters of the classroom and will surely play a leading role in the classroom.
