本文在理论分析和界面结构研究的基础上,在Al_2O_3/含铈中锰钢系建立了界面反应产物CeAlO_3层的生长模型,得出CeAlO_3层厚度S与时间t的关系遵循抛物线规律。实验结果与理论模型和规律相一致。
Based on the theoretical analysis and the study of the interface structure, the growth model of the CeAlO 3 layer was established in the Al 2 O 3 / cerium-containing manganese steel system. The relationship between the thickness S of the CeAlO 3 layer and time t follows the parabolic law. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical models and laws.
