合成了磷酸酯基硼烷修饰的二核苷酸二尿苷硼烷磷酸酯,分离了它们的非对映异构体,经蛇毒磷酸二酯酶选择性水解测定了磷原子的构型。数据表明,较之未修饰的母体化合物二尿苷酸,修饰后的二核苷酸的亲脂性提高了,它们对蛇毒磷酸二酯酶的稳定性更是大为提高。
Phosphate borane-modified dinucleotide bimodiphosphate was synthesized and their diastereomers were separated. The configuration of phosphorus atoms was determined by selective hydrolysis of phosphodiesterase from snake venom. The data indicate that the lipophilicity of the modified dinucleotides is increased compared to the unmodified parent compound, and that their stability to the snake venom phosphodiesterase is greatly improved.
