在企业中,作为党的基层组织的党支部,始终处于党建工作和两个文明建设的第一线,它是党的全部工作的基础。加强党的建设,基层党支部是主体、是基础。只有打牢党支部这个基础,落实党员先进性要求才有可靠的组织保证。要抓好这个“基础工程”,关键是抓班子、抓教育、抓作风。
In enterprises, the party branch that serves as the grass-roots party organization has always been at the forefront of the work of party building and the building of the two civilizations. It is the basis for all the party’s work. To strengthen party building, grassroots party branches are the mainstay and the foundation.
