目的了解赤峰市农牧区土壤中蛔虫卵的分布情况,为制定科学的防治措施提供基础资料。方法采用饱和硝酸盐漂浮法,检测乌丹、大阪及天山的土壤中蛔虫卵。结果通过对三个旗县区的监测,发现均在土壤中检出蛔虫卵的存在。结论赤峰市农牧区土壤中蛔虫卵的检出率高,应加大对农牧区土壤中蛔虫卵的监测与防治的力度。
Objective To understand the distribution of Ascaris eggs in the soil of agricultural and pastoral areas in Chifeng City and provide basic information for the formulation of scientific prevention and control measures. Methods Saturated nitrate floats were used to detect Ascaris eggs in soils of Wudan, Osaka and Tianshan Mountains. Results By monitoring the three counties and districts, the presence of roundworm eggs was detected in the soil. Conclusion The detection rate of ascaris eggs in the soil in the areas of agriculture and animal husbandry in Chifeng City is very high. The monitoring and prevention and treatment of ascaris eggs in soil should be strengthened.
