目的:探索和规范民营医院的临床用血管理工作。方法:调查考核了宁波市18家民营医院临床用血情况。结果:民营医院临床用血存在管理体制不健全,运行机制不顺畅,质量体系不完善等问题。结论:严格按国家卫生部一个《医疗机构临床用血管理办法(试行)》和《临床输血技术规范》的要求执行,建立全面临床质量管理体系,确保临床输血规范、科学、高效、安全。
Objective: To explore and standardize the clinical blood management in private hospitals. Methods: Investigate the clinical use of blood in 18 private hospitals in Ningbo City. Results: There are some problems in the clinical management of private hospitals, such as the imperfect management system, the unsound operation mechanism and the imperfect quality system. CONCLUSIONS: In strict accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, “Clinical Blood Management Measures of Medical Institutions (Trial)” and “Clinical Transfusion Technical Specifications”, a comprehensive clinical quality management system should be established to ensure standardized, scientific, efficient and safe clinical transfusion.
