青霉素G水溶液在常温下很不稳定,溶液的pH是影响稳定性的主要因素之一。为此,作者测定了三种常用缓冲液对于青霉素G含量的影响,结果表明以枸橼酸盐缓冲液的稳定作用为最好,可使青霉素G钾盐在水溶液中的分解速度减低5倍之多。加入1%的苯甲醇对于稳定作用没有影响。
Penicillin G solution is very unstable at room temperature, the pH of the solution is one of the main factors that affect the stability. To this end, the authors determined the effect of three common buffers on penicillin G content. The results show that the best stabilizing effect of citrate buffer is that the penicillin G potassium salt can be decomposed by 5 times in aqueous solution many. Addition of 1% benzyl alcohol has no effect on the stabilizing effect.
