[目的]探讨HBsAg血清学阳性反应标本的HBV核酸检测状况。[方法]留取血站6个月志愿者标本6000例,酶联免疫检测(Enzyme Linked Immunosor bent Assay,ELISA)HBsAg阳性标本70例,将阳性标本分组:国产进口两种酶免试剂检测同时强阳性反应标本30例(S/CO≥5);国产进口两种酶免试剂检测同时弱阳性反应标本22例(S/CO﹤5);单一进口酶免试剂检测阳性反应标本17例;单一国产酶免试剂检测阳性反应标本1例。采用核酸检测技术(Nucleic Acid Test,NAT)对70例酶联免疫检测阳性反应标本进行HBV核酸检测。[结果]两种酶免试剂检测同时强阳性标本(S/CO≥5)组NAT检测结果30例均为阳性;两种酶免试剂检测同时弱阳性标本(S/CO﹤5)组NAT检测结果20例阳性,2例阴性;单一进口试剂检测阳性标本NAT检测结果10例阳性,7例阴性;单一国产试剂检测阳性标本,1例NAT检测结果为阴性。[结论]HBsAg阳性反应血清的HBV核酸检出率与S/CO值的高低和两种酶联免疫试剂检测结果符合度有一定关联,核酸扩增技术对现行血筛试剂有一定补充作用。
[Objective] To investigate the detection of HBV nucleic acid in HBsAg positive serological samples. [Methods] Six hundred and sixty volunteers were collected from blood bank for 6 months. 70 HBsAg positive samples were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The positive samples were divided into two groups: (S / CO≥5). There were 22 samples with weak positive reaction (S / CO <5) detected by both imported enzyme immunoassay reagents and 17 positive samples with single enzyme immunoassay Enzyme - free reagents for detecting positive samples in 1 case. 70 nucleic acid samples were tested for HBV nucleic acid using Nucleic Acid Test (NAT). [Results] The results of NAT test of both enzyme-immunoassay reagents (S / CO≥5) group were all positive. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (NAT / S / CO) Results Positive results were obtained in 20 cases and negative in 2 cases. Positive NAT was detected in 10 positive samples and negative in 7 samples. A single domestic reagent was used to detect positive samples and negative NAT was detected in 1 case. [Conclusion] The detection rate of HBV nucleic acid in serum with HBsAg positive reaction is correlated with the coincidence degree of S / CO value and the detection results of two ELISA reagents. The nucleic acid amplification technology can supplement the existing blood screening reagents.
