2H3为一株抗激活小鼠T细胞表面抗原的单克隆抗体。间接ELISA法所进行的免疫球蛋白属性分析实验表明:2H3属于IgG_1型抗体。同位素H~3-TdR掺入实验表明:2H3能以剂量依赖的方式明显抑制小鼠激活T细胞及CTLL-2细胞依赖IL-2的增殖;能够明显抑制ConA诱导小鼠脾细胞转化早期(12h内)的非特异性淋巴细胞增殖反应。对不同品系小鼠间的双向混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR),2H3也表现出明显的抑制作用,且这种抑制作用具有剂量相关性和无H-2限制性。实验结果提示:2H3具有抗小鼠细胞膜表面IL-2R单克隆抗体的免疫生物学特征。
2H3 is a monoclonal antibody against mouse T cell surface antigen that activates. Indirect ELISA method for immunoglobulin property analysis experiments show that: 2H3 belongs to IgG1 type antibody. The isotope H 3 -TdR incorporation assay showed that 2H3 could significantly inhibit the proliferation of mouse activated T cells and CTLL-2 cells dependent on IL-2 in a dose-dependent manner and significantly inhibited the proliferation of ConA-induced mouse spleen cells (12h Within) non-specific lymphocyte proliferation reaction. Two-way mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) between different strains of mice, 2H3 also showed a significant inhibitory effect, and this inhibition with a dose-related and no H-2 restriction. The experimental results suggest that: 2H3 anti-mouse cell membrane surface of the IL-2R monoclonal antibody immunobiological characteristics.
