小白菊内酯是一种从菊科植物中提取出来倍半萜类化合物,具有独特的抗炎及抗肿瘤的生物活性,因此可把它作为一种潜在的药物来进一步的研究和开发。该化合物主要通过与NF-κB、STATs、JNK等多种信号通路中的蛋白相互作用,以及诱导细胞内ROS来调控细胞中各种免疫应答反应。小白菊内酯对异常细胞有抑制作用同时对正常的细胞无影响,这一特有的生物活性使其作为炎症和癌症治疗药物有潜在的优势,具体作用靶点的探寻以及生物活性的探究可能是今后研究小白菊内酯的主要方向。该综述主要讨论了小白菊内酯的化学结构和它的抗炎抗肿瘤的药理学功能,为今后研究小白菊内酯的作用靶点以及生物活性提供理论依据和实验思路。
Parthenolide is a kind of sesquiterpenes extracted from Compositae, has unique anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor biological activity, so it can be used as a potential drug for further research and development. The compound mainly controls various immune responses in cells by interacting with proteins in many signaling pathways such as NF-κB, STATs, JNK and inducing intracellular ROS. Parthenolide has inhibitory effect on abnormal cells and has no effect on normal cells. This particular biological activity has potential advantages as a therapeutic drug for inflammation and cancer. The search for specific target sites and the investigation of biological activity may be In the future the main direction of Parthenolide. This review mainly discussed the chemical structure of parthenolide and its anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor pharmacological function, which provided the theoretical basis and experimental ideas for the future study of the action target and biological activity of parthenolide.
