关于加强推进国有企业改革这一重大课题,江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中提出:“实行鼓励兼并,规范破产,下岗分流,减员增效和再就业工程,形成优胜劣汰的竞争机制。”同时告诫广大职工要“转变就业观念,提高自身素质,努力适应改革和发展的新要求。”这是缓解企业困难,提高经济效益的重要途径,也是关系到职工切身利益的大事。 作为企业主人的广大职工,正在密切关注着企业领导人对这一重大政策的具体实施方法。他们希望自己的企业更有生机,同时也对下岗分流持有几分忧虑和担心。

As the vast majority of staff and workers of business owners, they are closely following the concrete implementation methods of business leaders on this major policy. They want their businesses to be more viable, while they also share some worries and worries about laid-off workers.
