深化医德医风建设首先要充分运用教育和法制两种手段,要重视理论与职业道德的思想教育;依法规范医务人员的医疗行为和经济行为。在加强医德医风建设中要把握3个重点,即转变思想观念,严格执行常规制度,把提高医疗质量作为深化医德医风建设中的重中之重来抓。为进一步强化医德医风建设,应编制医德医风教材大纲,健全医患双方约束机制,改变当前医疗价格中劳务费过低、药费过高的现象。
In order to deepen the construction of medical ethics, we must first make full use of education and the legal system. We must pay attention to the ideological education of theory and professional ethics; we should standardize the medical behavior and economic behavior of medical personnel according to law. In order to strengthen the construction of medical ethics, we must grasp three key points, that is, change ideological concepts, strictly implement the conventional system, and take improving the quality of medical care as the most important task in deepening the construction of medical ethics. In order to further strengthen the construction of medical ethics, the teaching outline for medical ethics should be prepared to improve the restraint mechanism between doctors and patients, and to change the current phenomenon that the medical service price is too low and the drug fees are too high.
