目的评价白藜芦醇(trans-3,5,4’-trihydroxystilbene,反式-3,5,4’-三羟基二苯乙烯)在紫外线辐射(ultraviolet radiation,UVR)所致皮肤损伤中的作用。方法正常皮肤在白藜芦醇和本药物载体基质的干预下经设计剂量紫外线照射后,将各组样本比较。结果白藜芦醇干预组与自身空白对照组比较,豚鼠皮肤外观及各层组织未见明显差异;经过同样剂量紫外线照射,基质对照组皮肤外观及各层皮组织结构均可见显著改善。结论研究初步表明,白藜芦醇具有抗紫外线所致皮肤损伤特性。
Objective To evaluate the role of trans-3,5,4’-trihydroxystilbene (trans-3,5,4’-trihydroxystilbene) in skin lesions induced by ultraviolet radiation (UVR) . Methods After normal skin was irradiated with designed dose of UV light with the intervention of resveratrol and the drug carrier matrix, the samples in each group were compared. Results Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference in the skin appearance of guinea pigs and in all layers between the resveratrol intervention group and the control group. After the same dose of UV irradiation, the skin appearance and the structure of the dermis in the control group were significantly improved. Conclusions Preliminary studies have shown that resveratrol has anti-UV-induced skin damage characteristics.
