本研究旨在测定40位患口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的英国白人的淋巴细胞上Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类HLA抗原的频率。 病例和方法 研究组包括40位患口腔LP的英国白人,女性28名,平均年龄54岁(19~73岁);男性12名,平均年龄61岁(39~83岁)。10名患者同时患皮肤LP。依据目前公认的临床和组织病理学标准进行诊断,其中36名患者做活检确诊。口腔病损的临床表现分为:靡烂型15名,非靡烂型13名,混合型12名。HLA-A,HLA-B,HLA-DR抗原以2041名正常尸体肾捐献者为对照,HLA-C抗原以318名当地献血者为对照,HLA-DQ1抗原以国际公认的欧洲白人的HLA-DQ1正常值为对照。在密度梯度离心含枸橼酸盐的周围静
The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of HLA class I and class II antigens in the lymphocytes of 40 white British patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Cases and Methods The study group consisted of 40 British whites with oral LP, 28 females, with an average age of 54 years (range, 19-73 years) and 12 males, mean age, 61 years (range, 39-83 years). 10 patients suffering from skin LP at the same time. According to the currently accepted clinical and histopathological criteria for diagnosis, 36 patients were biopsy confirmed. Clinical manifestations of oral lesions are divided into: 15 types of rotten, non-rotten type 13, 12 mixed type. HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-DR antigens were compared with 2041 normal cadaver kidney donors. HLA-C antigens were compared with 318 local blood donors. HLA-DQ1 antigen was identified by the HLA-DQ1 Normal value for the control. Centrifuge in a density gradient centrifuge with citrate
