我厂新产品T28—2型投影器上有一零件是由20×20mm的方管弯曲成的,方管壁厚1.5mm。该零件形状复杂,呈S形(见图1),且两平行端要求保证尺寸163±0.5mm,故有较高的精度。该零件由于是仪表外露件,又起导轨作用,故表面粗糙度要求达到Ral.25(相当于▽_7)且在弯曲处不允许有凹凸现象出现,我厂为解决这一问题成立了攻关小组,通过与工人师傅共同研究、试制、较成功地解决了这一问题。 通常圆管的弯曲大多采用弯管机弯,我们在外厂参观,发现即使是小口径圆管的弯
