失眠是神经衰弱的一种最常见最严重的症状,是指因大脑兴奋性提高,造成睡眠时间不足或睡眠程度不深熟.中医称为＂不寐＂,＂不的眠＂,主要表现为不易入睡或寐后易醒,甚至彻底不寐.随着人们的工作生活节奏逐渐加快,工作压力增大精神负担加重,失眠患者明显增多,严重影响了正常的工作和生活质量.
