通过对我国图书馆学情报学领域关于文献信息服务的研究文献的系统调查 ,概括我国近 2 0年来文献信息服务工作所取得的主要成就、基本经验和存在的主要问题 ;在现有研究成果的基础上 ,论述我国文献信息服务业的发展趋势和前景 ,并针对目前的难点问题提出看法和建议。
