腺苷是中枢神经系统内突触传递和神经元活动的重要抑制性调节因子之一。正常生理情况下 ,腺苷能调节多种神经递质 (如单胺类递质、兴奋性氨基酸、一氧化氮、乙酰胆碱等 )的释放。腺苷受体遍布于整个脑和脊髓 ,其中腺苷A1受体对于呼吸节律的产生和传导发挥着十分重要的作用。 Adenosine is one of the key inhibitory regulators of synaptic transmission and neuronal activity in the central nervous system. Under normal physiological conditions, adenosine can regulate the release of many neurotransmitters (such as monoamine neurotransmitters, excitatory amino acids, nitric oxide, acetylcholine, etc.). Adenosine receptors are found throughout the brain and spinal cord, and adenosine A1 receptor plays a very important role in the generation and conduction of respiratory rhythm.
