目的分析研究医院感染控制中存在的护理管理问题及应对措施。方法回顾分析我院从2013年1月至2014年12月入院治疗的300例患者的临床资料。按照入院顺序随机分为观察组150例与对照组150例,对照组患者给予常规护理管理,观察组患者在对照组常规护理中应用防控感染管理。对比两组患者的感染发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的感染率低于对照组患者,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在患者常规护理中应用防控感染措施,显著减少患者医院感染概率,护理满意度高,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing management problems and countermeasures in hospital infection control. Methods The clinical data of 300 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the order of admission, 150 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and control group patients were given routine nursing management. Patients in observation group were given anti-infection infection control routine nursing in control group. Infection rates and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rate in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The prevention and control of infection in patients with routine care, significantly reducing the probability of nosocomial infection in patients with high satisfaction with nursing, it is widely used.
