目的跟踪包虫病信息管理系统改造,归纳系统整合进展,了解与分析各级层面的模拟测试反馈结果,为系统进一步完善提供参考。方法收集包虫病防治信息系统改造基本信息,在包虫病流行区开展机构匹配工作;在包虫病主要流行区选择各级专业防治机构,开展信息系统模拟填报运行功能调查并收集反馈建议。结果机构匹配阶段结果显示,行政区划匹配平均完成率为94.30%,登记在册的专业防治机构匹配平均完成率为69.94%;与包虫病防治专业机构匹配平均完成率为56.40%。系统模拟测试结果显示,5省(自治区)共计15个包虫病防治专业机构开展了系统测试填报,获得建议14份,反馈率为93.33%。认为系统运行不够流畅的占比21.43%;认为系统还需提高数据输入便捷性的占比64.29%;认为系统功能还需加强维护与完善的占比42.86%。建议提出涉及省级机构占比27.78%,市级占比22.22%,县级占比50.00%。结论包虫病防治信息管理系统的整合契合了主要流行区填报的基本需求,下一阶段需在完善机构匹配的基础上,扩大测试范围并进一步改进与提高系统各项服务功能。
Objective To track the transformation of echinococcosis information management system, summarize the progress of system integration, understand and analyze the feedback results of simulation test at all levels, and provide reference for the further improvement of the system. Methods The basic information of hydatid disease prevention and control information system was collected, and the organization matching work was carried out in the endemic area of hydatid disease. The professional prevention and control institutions at all levels were selected in the main endemic areas of hydatid disease and the information system simulation was filled in to investigate the operational functions and to collect feedback suggestions. Results The results of institutional matching showed that the average completion rate of administrative division was 94.30%. The average matching rate of registered professional prevention agencies was 69.94%. The average matching rate with professional organizations of hydatid disease prevention and cure was 56.40%. The results of system simulation test showed that a total of 15 professional institutions for the prevention and treatment of hydatid diseases in 5 provinces (autonomous regions) carried out systematic testing and filing, obtaining 14 suggestions and a response rate of 93.33%. Accounting for 21.43% of the system is not smooth enough; that the system needs to improve the data input convenience accounted for 64.29%; that the system functions need to strengthen the maintenance and improvement accounted for 42.86%. Proposed to be involved in the provincial agencies accounted for 27.78%, 22.22% municipal level, the county level accounted for 50.00%. Conclusion The integration of echinococcosis prevention information management system meets the basic requirements for reporting of major epidemic areas. The next phase needs to expand the scope of testing and further improve and enhance the service functions of the system on the basis of improving institutional matching.
