为改善旧整锻转子或旧套装转子的可用性,现在广泛地采用了三种焊接修补方法,这些方法都已经过鉴定,并被确认能延长部件的寿命。这些焊接件具有不同的冶金特性和品质,其性能完全能满足转子或叶轮特殊补焊部位的设计要求。焊补工序对获得现有各种修补所要求的高质量的焊缝来说是极为重要的。
To improve the usability of old swaged or worn rotors, three solder repair methods are now widely used. These methods have been identified and confirmed to extend the life of the parts. These welds have different metallurgical properties and qualities, and their performance can fully meet the design requirements of the special welding parts of the rotor or impeller. Weld repair processes are extremely important for obtaining the high quality welds required for various existing repairs.
