俗话说:乱世出英雄，动荡的世道给英雄人物的诞生提供了舞台。同样，竞争激烈的市场给优秀企业的成长提供了土壤。 李显君先生告诉我们“自产业革命以来，企业越来越成为创造国民财富的主导力量。”目前，发达国家非农产业企业创造的价值占GDP的比重均在95%以上。以美国为例，1999年GDP为92992亿美元，非农业企业产值占GDP比重达97.5%。 西方国家的发达离不开遍布全球的优势企业群体，中国经济的腾飞，必须依靠企业实力的壮大。2002年我们入世了，培养一批具有跨国竞争优势的大企业将是我们国家的支撑。 激烈的竞争一定会塑造出真金的企业，在这样的年代里，又为“谋士”提供了市场，乌家培教授说2002年以后将是两大产业的大发展期，一个是培训产业，还有一个就是咨询产业。我们的对话就从这个竞争的年代里企业管理变革说起，并谈及咨询业的相关问题，希望对您有所借鉴。
