在Na_2O-SiO-2-Al_2O_3-C_6H_(16)N_2-C_6H_(15)N非水体系中,首次合成了ZSM-48沸石。考察了晶化动力学过程及沸石生成机理。结果表明,在非水体系中ZSM-48沸石的生成是基于典型的固相转化机理。晶化动力学的研究中测得的成核及结晶的表观活化能分别为16.9和7.4Kcal/mol。非水体系ZSM-48沸石催化剂用于合成气直接制备烯烃反应,其CO转化率达到59%,C_2—C_4烯烃选择性达到48%。
ZSM-48 zeolite was synthesized for the first time in Na 2 O-SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -C 6 H 16 N 2 -C 6 H 15 N aqueous system. The crystallization kinetics and zeolite formation mechanism were investigated. The results show that the formation of ZSM-48 zeolites in non-aqueous systems is based on the typical solid-phase conversion mechanism. The apparent activation energies of nucleation and crystallization measured in the crystallization kinetics were 16.9 and 7.4 Kcal / mol, respectively. The non-aqueous ZSM-48 zeolite catalyst is used for the direct synthesis of olefins from syngas. The CO conversion reaches 59% and the C 2 -C 4 olefin selectivity reaches 48%.
