目的 :检测血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial factor,VEGF)和表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在原发性肝癌(primary liver cancer)中的表达状况,研究两者与原发性肝癌的临床生物学行为之间的关系及两者之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测VEGF、EGFR在63例原发性肝癌中的表达状况。结果:163例原发性肝癌中,VEGF、EGFR的阳性表达率分别为63.5%、50.8%;2 VEGF在原发性肝癌中的阳性表达与Edmondson病理分级、有无门静脉癌栓、肿瘤有无包膜及临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、AFP水平、HBs Ag状况、有无肝硬化、组织学类型及肿块大小无关(P>0.05);3EGFR在原发性肝癌中的阳性表达与组织学类型、Edmondson病理分级、肿块大小、肿瘤有无包膜相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、AFP水平、HBs Ag状况、有无肝硬化、有无门脉癌栓及临床分期无关(P>0.05);4在原发性肝癌中,VEGF和EGFR的表达关系呈正相关关系。结论:VEGF、EGFR在原发性肝癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in primary liver cancer and to investigate their relationship with primary liver cancer The relationship between clinical biological behavior and the correlation between the two. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and EGFR in 63 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Results: The positive rates of VEGF and EGFR in 163 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were 63.5% and 50.8% respectively. 2 The positive expression of VEGF in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and Edmondson’s pathological grading, with or without portal vein tumor thrombus, tumor presence or absence (P <0.05), but not with gender, age, AFP level, HBsAg status, with or without cirrhosis, histological type and tumor size (P> 0.05); 3EGFR in primary liver cancer (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age, AFP level, HBsAg status, cirrhosis, with or without portal vein cancer (P> 0.05) .4 In primary hepatocellular carcinoma, the expression of VEGF and EGFR had a positive correlation. Conclusion: VEGF and EGFR play an important role in the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer.
