建立了超高效液相色谱串联质谱同时测定牛奶中4种硝基呋喃类药物残留的方法。通过硝基呋喃代谢物与2-硝基苯甲醛进行反应,对硝基呋喃类代谢物进行衍生化,确定了从牛奶中提取硝基呋喃类药物代谢物的处理条件并优化了质谱的测定参数。4种代谢物在为0.5~20.0 ng/m L的范围内,其回归标准曲线方程的相关系数为0.993 5~0.997 8,回收率在89.24%~112.20%范围内,精密度为1.84%~11.21%(n=6),方法定量限为0.5μg/kg,提供了一种有效检测牛奶中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的方法。
A method for the simultaneous determination of four kinds of nitrofurans in milk by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established. Through the reaction of nitrofuran metabolites with 2-nitrobenzaldehyde, the derivatization of nitrofuran metabolites identified the processing conditions for the extraction of nitrofuran metabolites from milk and optimized the mass spectrometry determination parameters . The correlation coefficients of the four metabolites in the range of 0.5-20.0 ng / m L were 0.993 5-0.997 8, and the recoveries were in the range of 89.24% -112.20% with the precision of 1.84% -1 11.21 % (n = 6). The limit of quantification was 0.5 μg / kg, which provided an effective method for the determination of residues of nitrofuran metabolites in milk.
