进行合理有效的概预算编制,可以提高工程造价管理的效率,在一定程度上可以缩短建设时间,提高投资方的经济效益,并且从大局出发进行工程造价控制。而想要高效的运用概预算编制,首先需要分清概预算编制施行中潜在的问题,选择确实可行的措施提高概预算编制的运用效率,这样才能发挥其真正作用,避免工程造价失控的出现。本文中,笔者将就建筑工程造价管理中如何运用概预算编制进行简要阐述。
Proper and effective budget preparation can improve the efficiency of project cost management, to a certain extent, can shorten the construction time, improve the economic benefits of investors, and proceed from the overall situation of project cost control. In order to make effective use of the budget preparation, we must first distinguish the potential problems in the implementation of the budget preparation and select the feasible measures to improve the efficiency of using the budget preparation in order to play its real role and avoid the uncontrollable appearance of construction costs. In this paper, I will be on the construction project cost management how to use the approximate budget preparation for a brief description.
