企业在机械生产时,铸件和焊接件的时效退火是不可缺少的工序。铸件和焊接件退火炉的能耗在企业中占很大的比重,因而对时效退火炉的节能改造是当务之急。北重厂在抓电炉改造之后,对燃油的时效炉逐步进行了改造,并取得较好效果。辅机时效炉(4×10m~2炉底面积)主要用于焊接件和铸铁件的时效退火,这两台炉的改造是在1990年节能升级达标的推动下完成的。原来辅机时效炉可比单耗为180kg 标煤/t 件,铸铁时效炉可比单耗为60kg 标煤/t 件,处在二等下限和三等水平。经过加强管理、集中装炉和精心操作,可比单耗虽有下降,但距一等炉水平相距甚远。针
