据《经济参考报》报载,东北某市一生产洗衣机的大厂,面对全国性的洗衣机滞销,决定压缩洗衣机产量,开发新产品,以减少库存,减少资金占用。但市里主管部门强调年生产计划不能变,就这样,到年底计划产量是完成了,但几万台洗衣机却积压在库房,几百万流动资金沉淀了。读罢感慨颇深,明知是无效的投入,为何还要这样? 一个企业要创造好的经济效益,就要避免无效的投入,只有合理、有效的投入才会产生好的经济效益。上级主管部门更应懂得这些道理。做“婆婆”的要尊重企业独立的“人”格,把企业真正推向市场,真正要关心的是企业的生产积极性,企业的经济效益,防止其无效投入。

Only reasonable and effective investment will produce good economic benefits. The higher authorities should understand these reasons. To be a “mother-in-law”, we must respect the independent “person” of an enterprise, and truly push the company to the market. What we really need to pay attention to is the enterprise’s enthusiasm for production, the economic benefits of the enterprise, and its prevention of invalid input.
