本文阐述了两种复合推进剂(聚氨脂、丁羟)燃烧特性的高速摄影研究方法。通过测定和计算,得出了侵蚀比与中心气流速度系数及压力的关系式。结果表明,燃速低的推进剂比燃速高的推进剂对中心气流速度和压力更敏感,即侵燃更严重。两种推进剂的侵蚀界限速度都随压力的上升而下降。在相同压力下,燃速低的推进剂的界限速度值比燃速高的推进剂更容易发生侵燃。
This paper describes the high-speed photographic research methods of the combustion characteristics of two kinds of composite propellants (polyurethane, butyroxide). Through the determination and calculation, the relationship between erosion ratio and central airflow velocity coefficient and pressure is obtained. The results show that propellants with lower burning rate are more sensitive to center gas velocity and pressure than propellants with higher burning rates, ie, the combustion is more serious. The erosion rates of both propellants decrease with increasing pressure. Under the same pressure, propellants with low burning rate are more susceptible to combustion than propellants with higher burning rates.
