去年,福建省厦门市总工会针对工会工作中的重点、热点问题,积极参与“服务职工在基层,推进工作在一线”专题调研,问计于企业,问需于职工,为企业发展出点子,为基层工会建设找对策,为职工利益谋实惠。主要做法与成效如下:一是“两个普遍”典型示范。通过“面心实”服务职工在基层活动,总结小微企业普星电子工资集体协商典型在厦门全市“面心实”大会上交流;总结宸鸿科技集团职工文化建设经验在全市职工文化座谈会上典型发言;总结松下信息、FDK、输配电百亿产业链工资集体协商经验,示范引导五百强总部企业、港澳台企业开展工
