在20具成尸标本上解剖观测了第10胸神经～第3腰神经前、后根的长度、分束、各束直径以及它们的末端至第2～4骶神经根起始处的距离。设计了在椎管内用马尾神经桥接胸—骶神经根治疗截瘫性大、小便失禁的新术式,并就与该术式有关的应用解剖学问题进行了讨论。
The length of the anterior and posterior roots of the 10th thoracic nerve to the 3rd lumbar nerve, the diameter of the sub-bundles, the diameter of each bundle, and the distance from their distal end to the beginning of the sacral nerve roots of the 2nd to 4th sacra were observed anatomically on 20 adult cadavers. A new technique of treating parasagittal and urinary incontinence using pontine nerve bridging thoracic-sacral nerve root in the spinal canal was designed and the anatomical problems related to the operation were discussed.
