根据课题总体目标设计了符合要求的高速精密数控车床电主轴,主要包括轴系参数的计算,冷却、润滑和密封装置的设计。其中轴系参数计算主要包括主轴轴径计算和轴承的选配和校核。在结构设计中,考虑到前轴承和转子的冷却、轴承的润滑及结构的密封问题。电主轴装入ADGM高速精密数控车床中进行试切,结果表明,车床的加工精度、进给速度和加工速度等各项参数都符合指标,证明了该主轴设计合理。
According to the overall goal of the project designed to meet the requirements of high-speed precision CNC lathe spindle, including shaft parameter calculation, cooling, lubrication and sealing device design. Including the calculation of shaft parameters include spindle shaft diameter calculation and bearing matching and checking. In the structural design, taking into account the cooling of the front bearing and rotor, bearing lubrication and structural sealing problems. The electric spindle was loaded into the ADGM high-speed precision CNC lathe for trial cutting. The results showed that the parameters of the lathe such as machining accuracy, feed speed and processing speed met the specifications, which proves the reasonable design of the spindle.
